These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the travel agency ("Agency") and the customer ("Customer") in relation to the booking and provision of travel services. By engaging the services of the Agency, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment:

1.1. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including personal details and travel preferences.
1.2. The Agency will make every effort to secure the requested travel arrangements. However, all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective travel service providers.
1.3. The Customer agrees to pay the Agency for the cost of travel services, including but not limited to airfare, accommodation, transportation, and any additional fees or charges as agreed upon. Payment terms and methods will be communicated by the Agency and must be adhered to by the Customer.
1.4. In the event of non-payment or insufficient funds, the Agency reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking without liability.

Travel Documents:

2.1. The Customer is responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required permits.
2.2. The Agency may provide information and assistance regarding travel document requirements, but ultimate responsibility rests with the Customer.

Cancellations and Changes:

3.1. Cancellation or change requests must be communicated to the Agency in writing. The Customer may be subject to cancellation or amendment fees imposed by travel service providers, in addition to any charges levied by the Agency.
3.2. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests, but cannot guarantee availability or the absence of additional costs.
3.3. The Agency reserves the right to cancel or change bookings in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions. In such cases, the Agency will strive to provide suitable alternatives or issue refunds as permitted by travel service providers.

Travel Insurance:

4.1. The Agency strongly recommends that the Customer obtains comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for understanding the terms and coverage of the chosen travel insurance policy.

Liability:

5.1. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Customer and travel service providers. The Agency is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of such providers or any third parties.
5.2. The Agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or changes, or any other disruptions to travel services.
5.3. The Customer acknowledges that travel involves certain inherent risks, and the Agency shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, or death, or for any damage to property, arising during the course of travel.

Privacy:

6.1. The Agency will collect, store, and process personal information of the Customer in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.
6.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that certain personal information may be shared with travel service providers as necessary to facilitate bookings and travel arrangements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Agency is based.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Agency and the Customer and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
By engaging the services of the Agency, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
