5. Flight Itinerary: Presenting the purpose and detailed travel plan for your visit.

6. Proof of Accommodation: Hotel bookings, rental agreements, or invitation letter.

7. Proof of Financial Means: Bank statements for the last six months or equivalent.

8. Travel Details: Your planned activities in the Netherlands.

9. Cover Letter: Clarifying the reason and itinerary for your travel.

10. Visa Fee: ₹7,312 for adults and ₹3,656 for children (6-12 years) + VFS Global Service charges.

Application Process for Netherlands Tourist Visa

1.   Prepare:

•             Valid passport with minimum duration of 3 months validity and 2+ blank pages.

•             Completed online visa application form

•             All required documents (listed previously)

2.  Schedule:

•             Login to the Global website for the Netherlands

•             Enrol and reserve an appointment.

3.   Attend Appointment:

•             Submit documents (originals and copies)

•             Pay the required fees (visa fee + VFS service charges).

•             Provide biometrics

4.   Track & Collect:

•             Track application status online
