There can be multiple reasons behind travel, for some it can be leisure, for some it can be an escape from their mundane life, for some, it can be a way to learn about new cultures and for some it can be to experiment with new ideas. Thailand has been topping the charts when it comes to choosing an ideal travel destination and for all the right reasons. It has some of the most beautiful beaches, it has one of the world’s most delicious cuisines, it has the most friendly and welcoming people and it is probably one of the cheapest tourist destinations in the world. If you visit Thailand during the peak seasons, you will see neck-deep crowds filling all the streets and beaches but if you visit Thailand during the off seasons also, there will still be a whole lot of crowd. Such is the beauty of Thailand, no matter how hot or humid it is, no matter what the prices are, there will always be tourists everywhere exploring the beauty of this land.
Nitsa Holidays has successfully planned some amazing packages for people wishing to go to Thailand and experience the magic that it is. We offer a wide range of options for families, groups, and couples at various price ranges but we are also open to customize and curate your packages based on the number of days you wish to spend there, the sights you wish to see, and the budget you can spend. You should definitely check out our Thailand Family Travel Packages from Delhi, Thailand Group Tour Packages from India, and Thailand Couples Tour Packages from India and see what you can expect from us and Thailand.
Even if you’re a young child, an older adult, a middle-aged woman, or a teenager, you must’ve shopped at some point in your life, right? The concept of shopping has changed throughout history where it initially started as a barter system, then moved on to the traditional way of exchanging goods for money and now it has evolved into a more modern way that is sitting on a sofa, scrolling through the phones, and browsing products online. Even if it has simplified the process where one doesn’t have to move an inch to get almost anything and everything delivered to the doorstep, it doesn’t compare to the traditional method. The feeling of walking around touching, hearing, and seeing the products, picking out the best among all, and haggling your way through cannot be matched by screen tapping.
Imagine if there was a place where you could shop from the almost endless list of things, the trendiest of items at extremely affordable rates, well, it’s no surprise that Thailand is that place! There are limitless markets and shopping centers where you can find both luxury and thrifty products. Nitsa Holidays has booked some Thailand Tour Packages in the past for people traveling to Thailand solely to shop. Even if your purpose of visiting Thailand is not just shopping, we can guarantee you that if you visit any of its iconic shopping sites, you will come back with bags full of goods!
Chatuchak Weekend Market- It would be crazy to be in Bangkok during the weekends and not visit its most famous shopping center, the Chatuchak Weekend Market. This shopping spot is unlike any other you have ever seen. You can expect to see thousands of people going around, holding a drink or a stick of food in their hand and exploring the vast array of things being sold. There are around 8,000 stalls in this wide 35-acre compound and all of them have the most amazing items. From clothes to jewelry to trolley bags, whatever you can think of, you will find it here. You can even buy sunglasses as low as INR 100/-!!That’s not all, apart from the large variety, the goods are also priced reasonably which you can bargain and bring down even further, so polish your skills before you even get here. We can assure you that if you enter hoping to buy two things, you will go back with twenty. However, it’s going to get a little hot and sweaty since it’s an open market so make sure you hydrate and keep your energy levels up for all the shopping that is ahead of you!

Union Mall- If shopping right under the sun in Chatuchak Market isn’t enticing enough for you, you should head over to the Union Mall which is just a BTS station away from Chatuchak Market. Even though this will be just as crowded as Chatuchak Market, at least the temperatures will be cooler, and unlike Chatuchak, Union Mall is open all seven days of the week. Union Mall is the perfect place to come to with your gal pals as it mostly focuses on the needs of women. There are floors and floors of shops, all cutely decorated and asking women to walk in and explore and a few hours in the mall will certainly make them feel like true queens. Always try your hand at bargaining when you’re in Thailand, especially in the Union Mall. To receive some pampering after a hectic day of walking, you can head to the upper floors and get a mani-pedi as well. Platinum Shopping Mall- Another fantastic mall in Bangkok is the Platinum Shopping Mall. This 7-floor mall has 6 of them reserved for shopping and shopping only! It’s a wholesaler's paradise where all the items will have two tags attached to them, one for the retail buyers and one for the wholesale buyers. You will be able to find local shopkeepers dragging hoards and bulks of items but scooting in the middle are tourists picking out amazing items from the 1300 shops. Even if they have price tags attached, do try your hand at bargaining because you might just be able to convince the seller to cut you some slack. Since there are so many sellers, there are plenty of items as well, however, most of it is focused on women. Do visit the Platinum Mall when you’re around, you can also head to the wonderful food court on the 7th floor where the variety of cuisines is giving tough competition to the variety of goods sold on the other floors. You can also buy the infamous Thai curry pastes and mango candies to bring back as souvenirs.

The mall has eight floors and over two thousand shops and it is always stuffed with excited and amazed customers from around the world. There are quite a lot of malls in the city but none that offer as many options as MBK Shopping Center does. There are very limited shops selling luxury goods but more than ninety percent of the shops sell inexpensive and very budget-friendly items. You will find first-copy products of some of the most renowned brands but you will not be able to differentiate them at all. You are guaranteed to walk out with loads and loads of bags and many souvenirs. It certainly is heavenly for the electronic fans as the variety you get here will make your heads spin and the prices might make you collapse on the floor.
